- If you are sending a message to a contact that is not saved in your phone’s contact list, you will not be able to know whom you are interacting with. WhatsApp Phone Archiver displays the screen name of the user only after the contact responds to your message.

Note
When WhatsApp Phone Archiver is active for a device and, while engaged in a call, the user receives another call and answers it. In this scenario, for iOS devices, both calls are captured in one voice record file. However, the call logs are recorded only for the first call.
