Transferring WhatsApp Phone Archiver Chats to a New iOS Device

Applicable to End Users

To transfer Capture Mobile WhatsApp Phone chats from one iOS device to another:

1. Back up your chats to your iCloud account.
2. If you had to share the UDID of your old phone with Telemessage, extract the UDID of your new device and share it with your TeleMessage representative.

Note

If your UDID was not provisioned for your earlier device, contact your administrator regarding the upgrade process.

3. After Telemessage provisions the UDID of your new device, you will receive an email with the new installation link.
Install the application on your new device and restore your chats from the iCloud backup.
