If you choose to archive specific Verizon phone numbers and have multiple billing accounts with Verizon, Verizon suggests designating one or more of these accounts as archiving accounts. All the numbers that need to be archived should be transferred to these designated accounts. You can have more than one archiving account if needed.
You can include new phone numbers for archiving whenever they want by moving or adding them to the specified archiving account(s). This process of transferring numbers can be handled through the Verizon Business Portal.
