The team works in an Agile Scrum methodology. Our infrastructure contains various technologies such as Redis, Oracle, Kafka, Spring in a Micro Services environment, Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher, Jenkins, Grafana, Graylog, Maven, Ant, GIT, SVN.

Most importantly, the team is an experienced, unified and warm group of people.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage a team of 3 existing developers
  • Creating user interfaces using Angular best practices.
  • Refactoring/Rewriting exiting JSP code using Angular framework
  • Writing JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
  • Developing application codes and unit tests in Angular, Java Technologies, and Rest Web Services.
  • Working closely with the product owners.

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented, “pusher” and caring team leader with at least 1 year of experience.
  • Previous work experience as an Angular Developer – at least 2 years
  • Proficient in CSS, HTML, and writing cross-browser compatible code.

We are looking for an Onboarding Specialist and Technical Customer Support to help onboard our customers and provide enterprise-level assistance to them. You will configure accounts for customers on our platform and help customers install and configure mobile and web applications. You will diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues concerning customers’ accounts and the installed applications. You will build customer relationships and proactively reach out to them to get an understanding of their satisfaction levels with our products and to seek feedback from them.

Responsibilities include:

  • Setup customers on the TeleMessage platform.
  • Manage configurations for various products for the TeleMessage customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving their issues
  • Attend and manage online meetings/phone calls with customers to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose their problems
  • Install and configure all TeleMessage mobile and web applications, gain in-depth understanding of the functions of each software application
  • Actively work with internal cross-functional teams to document, monitor and resolve all aspects of customer complaints and issues.

The candidate will be an integral part of the TeleMessage product group, in charge of client and server products, including mobile apps, security, privacy and integration with 3rd parties.

The candidate will assist in building the company’s product portfolio, develop and enhance our products in a way that meets company strategy, market trends and customer demand.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Define and create Product Technical Requirement Documents with clear requirements for R&D, QA and Operations teams, as well as key outsourced vendors
  • Manage the delivery of multiple, complex, simultaneous development projects from design through to release in an Agile Scrum development environment
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams (Dev, QA, Operations) and manage the product roadmap for new products and funnels
  • Handle privacy and security aspects of products and make sure they meet industry standards
  • Translate business goals into actionable product goals

Requirements:
