The initial step to activate Network connector involves obtaining an administrator account and user licenses from Smarsh.
- Share the following details with your Smarsh representative:
- Organization Name
- First Name and Last Name of the organization admin
- Admin email address
- Contact number
- Application for which the Microsoft 365 connector is required.
- Number of Android mobile phones
- After the admin account is created, you will receive the following details from Smarsh:
- Credentials to connect Capture Mobile Network – Verizon.
- Information to onboard your employees to Capture Mobile Network.
- You can request Smarsh to enable two-factor authentication on your account or disable it as needed.
- You can combine Verizon message archiving with text archiving from other mobile carriers or other Smarsh mobile capture products.
