Restore a Number that was previously Suspended from a Designated Message Archiving Account

To restore a suspended number:

  1. Log in to My Business Enterprise Portal as an admin.
  2. Click the +sign next to the number to expand its details.
  3. Select the Resumeoption under the Status
  4. Click on Actions.
  5. Select Move Wireless Number.
  6. Complete the transfer to the designated message archiving account.
