List of MDNs to be Archived

To access the list of Mobile Directory Numbers (MDN) to be archived:

Note: The list can also be accessed from the MyBiz portal

1. Navigate to Manage Account and click on Manage Wireless Numbers.
   
2. Choose Account Number from the drop-down menu under Search By and enter the designated account number.
   
3. Click on the download icon and select CSV to download the list.
   
4. To open the file and make changes, ensure that the First and Last names of the employees in the list are correct. Add the email of each employee to the spreadsheet. Smarsh does not ask for any other device-specific information.
