Non-Standard Sender Name or Email in Archived Messages

When messages are archived, the sender name of email ID is displayed as 0@archive.telemessage.com. For example:

1. Open Capture Mobile WhatsApp Phone.
2. Tap Settings > Data and Storage Settings.

The most common cause for this scenario is when a user receives a WhatsApp system events or feature promotions.

However, the non-standard name or email can also occur if your phone number or enterprise number was previously allocated to another user, and the previous user deleted their account. In this scenario, the WhatsApp encryption keys cannot be exchanged with the sender and a placeholder proxy is substituted for the unavailable sender.
