Setting Battery Saver in iOS

Applicable to End Users

When you are running two instances of WhatsApp on your iPhone, you might experience higher battery consumption. In this scenario, Telemessage allows users to better control how Capture Mobile WhatsApp Phone runs in the foreground and background. This flexibility ensures the app will not consume battery at all times.

If you have activated automatic wake-up, the way you will receive messages and calls might be impacted.

When you encounter the high battery consumption issue, you can mitigate the issue by changing your automatic wake-up settings. This will reduce the availability percentage of the app but can drastically reduce battery usage when there are two WhatsApp applications on the same device. You can contact Telemessage support to reduce Capture Mobile WhatsApp Phone availability percentage.

Example:

Consider the Capture Mobile WhatsApp Phone availability percentage if set to 80%. In this scenario, when you remove the app from memory, the app is launched after 80% of the default duration of 7 minutes. That is, the app receives the call from Blocked TeleMessage WhatsApp Archiver Number after 5.6 minutes. For the remaining 1.4 minutes, the app will go to sleep mode. All messages and calls received while the app is in sleep mode are delayed until the next wake-up cycle.

This setting will remove higher battery consumption on your device, but will cause a delay in receiving WhatsApp messages.
