Enabling Microphone Permissions

The Android Archiver application requires microphone permissions to record calls. An administrator can enable the microphone permission using a policy that is pushed to users’devices through an MDM tool. If this option is not available, individual users must enable the permission on their Android devices.

To enable microphone permissions:

Most Android devices have the same settings. However, some options may vary based on the phone an employee is using.

1. Open Settings on your Android device.
2. Tap Apps.
3. Tap Android Archiver.
4. Tap Permissions.
5. In the App Permissions window, turn On the Microphone permissions.
