Enabling Automatic Call Recording

The Android Archiver captures native call recordings. To capture native call recordings, ensure that automatic call recording is turned On:

Most Android devices have the same settings. However, some options may vary based on the phone an employee is using.

1. Open the Phone app.
2. Tap the Menu icon > Settings > Recording Calls.

3. Turn On Auto recording for All numbers.

4. Tap Recorded calls and set the location where the call recordings must be saved.
