Sending Message to All Groups

To send a message to groups:

  1. Log in to the admin portal as an administrator.
  2. Click My Contacts or Global Contacts.
  3. Click Groups > Send To All Groups.

4. Select the destination to which you want to send the message: Mobile, Mobile (Voice), Email, Business (Voice), Home (Voice), or Fax.

5. Click Next.
The Compose Message page is displayed with the selected destination(s) of all groups added to the To field.

6. Compose your message and click Send. For details on composing messages, see Managing Messages.
