Voice Settings

As an admin, you can define the voice message prefix to be used for each voice message. When the recipients listen to the voice message, the voice message prefix is rendered before each message.

Ensure that you have a voice message prefix created and saved.

To attach the voice message prefix:

  1. Log in to the admin portal as an administrator.
  2. Click Settings > Message Settings > Voice.
  3. Click Set Voice Prefix.
  4. For Voice Attachment, click Browse and attach the voice message prefix that you have created.
  5. Click Save.
