Admin Portal Menu

The left menu in the admin portal allows admins to view and enable certain settings. The various left menu options are:

  • Compose Message – Send a message to one or more recipients.
  • Inbox – Received messages.
  • Outbox – Messages queued to be sent.
  • Sent Items – Messages sent to one or more recipients.
  • My Contacts – Personal contacts of the admin.
  • Global Contacts – Public address book of your company.
  • User Management – Register and manage users in your organization.
  • Message Query – Search messages.
  • Reports – Usage and summary reports of your organization.
  • Archive Query – Messages and calls archived for your organization. This option is available only to archiving accounts.

The top menu options include:

  • Help – Access to tutorials, FAQs, Downloads, and Contact Support.
  • Settings – Access to admin portal settings. See link to Settings topic.
  • User Profile – View your profile and sign out from the portal.
