Managing Inbox

The admin portal Inbox is a centralized location for administrators to view, search, and manage all messages on their Enterprise Number Capture app. All messages including text message, voice messages, and files are displayed in the Inbox. The messages you receive are placed in the Inbox according to the time they were received.

Some notable actions that you can perform in the Inbox are:

  • Filter messages by type, date, or status.
  • Delete messages individually or in bulk.
  • Empty the inbox to remove all messages.

In the Inbox, the following message information is displayed:

  • Message type
  • Attachment indicator
  • Sender
  • Subject or message content prefix
  • Message received time

Click the message subject to view the complete message.

To delete a message, select the checkbox against a message and click Delete.

To empty the Inbox by deleting all messages, click Empty.

To search for a specific message, you can search by:

  • Changing the time range
  • Device value
  • Message subject
  • Message type
  • Attachment indicator
  • Recipient
  • Subject or message content prefix
  • Message received time
