Removing Messages from the Enterprise Number Capture App

As an admin, you can remotely remove messages from users’ Enterprise Number Capture application.

To remotely remove messages:

  1. Log in to the admin portal as an administrator.
  2. In the User Management tab, select a user to remove messages.
  3. In the resulting User Management page, scroll down till the bottom of the page.
  4. Click Delete Messages.

All messages in the selected user’s Enterprise Number Capture app are deleted.
