Removing Messages from the Enterprise Number Archiver App
As an admin, you can remotely remove messages from users’ Enterprise Number Archiver application.
To remotely remove messages:
- Log in to the admin portal as an administrator.
- In the User Management tab, select a user to remove messages.
- In the resulting User Management page, scroll down till the bottom of the page.
- Click Delete Messages.
All messages in the selected user’s Enterprise Number Capture app are deleted.
