The Enterprise Number Archiver app provides you different message statuses and indications to help you track the messages you have sent. The supported message statuses are:

• Sending: Indicates that the device is trying to send the message to the server.
• Sent: Indicates that the message has been successfully sent and arrived at the server.
• Delivered: Indicates that the message has been delivered to the recipient’s device.
• Read: Indicates that the recipient has read the message.

Note

Read status is supported only for IP messages and not SMS.

• Failed: Indicates that the message failed to send.
• Expired: Indicates that the message has expired.
