Enterprise Number Archiver allows you to exchange SMS, media, and voice calls with your clients, and secure IP messages, media, and calls with your colleagues. The mobile application, called TeleMessage Messenger, is available on Google Play Store for Android devices and Apple Store for iOS devices.
In Enterprise Number Archiver, all employees are given a separate enterprise number. Employees must download and install the TeleMessage Messenger application (app) that is associated with their enterprise number. The app, installed on the employees’ personal phones, can be used to communicate with clients using SMS, media, and calls.
In this solution, all work-related communications are captured. Personal communications are kept private.
