Managing Outbox

The Outbox is usually empty. Messages remain in the Outbox when:

  • Messages sent are not received by the recipient.
  • Messages are scheduled to be sent at a later time.

Click the message subject to view the complete message.

To search for a specific message, you can search by:

  • Changing the time range
  • Device value
  • Message subject
  • Message type
  • Attachment indicator
  • Recipient
  • Subject or message content prefix
  • Message received time

To delete a message, select the checkbox against a message and click Delete.
To empty the Inbox by deleting all messages, click Empty.
