Adding Multiple Contacts to Groups

To add multiple contacts to groups:

  1. Log in to the admin portal as an administrator.
  2. Click My Contacts or Global Contacts.
  3. Select the checkbox against the contact(s) to add to the group(s).
  4. Click the Groups dropdown.
  5. Select the checkbox against the groups(s) to which the user(s) must be added.
  6. Click Apply.

The groups are added to the contact information.
