As a company administrator you can search and view user mobile activity by running queries and downloading reports.

Notes:

  • This FAQ covers only the TeleMessage Archive Query facility for data that is stored with TeleMessage.  Note that if your data is stored with your company archiving and compliance vendor, no messages will be stored with TeleMessage and thus it is not available for this query process.
  • Customers that did not purchase Mass Messaging, Secure Enterprise Messaging or the Enterprise Number Archiver in their license/account, will have a different set of items on the admin left menu.

To search and view archived employee mobile communication:

  1. Login to your company TeleMessage administrative panel
  2. Click Archive Query in the left node menu list
  3. Enter Query index parameter(s) (Username, From, and/or Recipient) for whose activity you wish to display (Display expanded selection listing by clicking More Search Options)
  4. Click Run Query to generate a tabular display listing  (4a in the top image)
  5. To download a report of all archived messages:
    Click Download Reports to generate the following display, in which you click
    the download icon ( ) to download a zipped file with the display listing as a .csv table:
