By default, TeleMessage does not activate long term archiving on our servers.
You can ask this to be turned on for you, which will allow the administrator to search, view, and download mobile messages exchanged by the company employees.
If you have this feature activated, the administrator can search for messages by the sender, recipient mobile number, employee name, or employee email.
Messages will look similar to other email messages with the sender, subject, body information, and attachments.
You can search and retrieve the email as well as the mobile messages of the employee.
