TeleMessage provides customers only clean numbers (after they are kept in carrier inventory and monitored for 90 days and pass inspection that they are not spammed).

Nevertheless, if you encounter a problem of spam calls or robo-calls:

1. Report the problem to support  with his enterprise number or long code, as well as the caller number.
2. Users can:
   1. Request to get a new number, which will be issued to you instantly.
   2. Request that the offending number be blocked.
