TeleMessage is using “cleaned” enterprise numbers. These numbers have been quarantined for 90 days and monitored for incoming calls. Quarantined numbers that received less than three calls within the last 90 days are considered as clean.

Unfortunately, the process can’t guarantee that robo services, among others, will not try to call these numbers. If you are you receiving a high frequency of SPAM calls to your number you have a few options to choose from:

  1. Users should register their number with the the National Do Not Call Registr, after a few days you should notice a significant decrease in SPAM calls
  2. You can always block the SPAM caller’s number on your phone, by using the caller blocking feature in our apps. Specific instructions of how to do it can be found here
  3. You can contact TeleMessage support to request that the carrier block the caller on the carrier side
  4. If you are getting more than two SPAM calls a month, you can choose to change your number with a new number. Please contact TeleMessage support to request a new number
