If you activated voice archiving, TeleMessage captures all voicemails both those you send and those you receive, albeit slightly differently

  • If you are getting your voice mails delivered to your phone via MMS. We will be grabbing these messages and archiving those.
  • When you are dialing to listen to your voicemail we will record this call with all the voicemails you hear.
  • When you are calling someone and and leaving a voice mail. We will be recording this call as well as your interaction with the other party.
  • Message not going through the TeleMessage system, like viewing them online or getting them via email are not captured by the TeleMessage Mobile Archiver and are not being archived. You need to make sure these are captured and archived by some other means.
