When do I get a Voicemail?
When someone calls your Enterprise Number Archiver application via PSTN or WIFI/3G calls and the call is not answered for any reason, like:

  • call was rejected
  • busy
  • unavailable
  • already in another app call

the automated answering machine will pick up the call.

The caller is welcomed by the greeting:

“The person at extension [dialed number] is not available. Record your message at the tone. Press any key or stop talking to end the recording”

Voicemail is automatically activated for every Enterprise Number Archiver user.

To end the recording the caller can either hang-up, press any key or stay silent for 4 seconds. The automated answering machine will reply with: “Message saved. Goodbye.” And disconnect the call
