Employees can combine chatting from the desktop/mobile and all communication is captured.
To enable WeChat communication from your desktop, download and activate the desktop versions from this Tencent page (scroll to bottom)
While using the desktop/web versions all the communication is captured and delivered to your enterprise archive in the same manner.
