Mr. Levit also emphasized on the risks that arose while banning WhatsApp at the workplace. During his presentation, Mr. Levit said, “The policy of enabling mobile phones but banning WhatsApp has been in place in the UK for quite some time and has become an issue. Digital banking is here, and end-users, customers, and employees now demand the use of this communications channel.” According to him, firms must realize that WhatsApp is no longer a “nice to have” but an essential communication tool in the 21st century.
