Now generally available, the Salesforce CRM module paves the way for Salesforce customers to have a single platform for all customer engagements, including their employees’ mobile communication with customers and leads.

With the TeleMessage module for Salesforce, companies can now access all interaction done from the mobile phones of their employees with leads and accounts inside of Salesforce. Mobile messages and calls done from employee’s corporate and BYOD mobile devices can now be viewed as part of other customer engagements in an all compassing central CRM view. Salesforce customers can get one central, secure, and convenient platform to view all lead and customer interactions, while allowing their employees to engage customers directly from their mobile devices.
