To send iOS log files to support:

1. Tap Settings icon
2. Tap Help menu
   
3. Tap Send Logs
   
4. Add Comment (optional)
   
5. Processing request….
   
6. Confirmation of successful log transmission
   

To send Android log files to support:

1. Tap the three dots icons at the top right and select the Settings
   
2. Tap Settings
   
   
3. Scroll down and tap Help about
   
   
4. Tap Issue Report
   
5. Tap SEND logs
