How to Send Bulk Personalized SMS Using Salesforce

To send personalized Bulk SMS from Salesforce follow these steps:

1. Choose Lead, Cases or Contacts Menu bar nodes.
   • Ensure your view is not “Recently Viewed”.
   • Change the view by choosing another view from the arrow of views on the top left
   
2. With Contacts in focus:
   • Select the recipients/lists to receive the SMS, by checking them on the right, as displayed in arrow 1 below
   • Choose the Add to Campaign dropdown on the top right, click Mass Send SMS, as displayed in arrow 2 below
3. Alternatively, with Cases in focus:
   • Select the recipients/lists to receive the SMS, as displayed in arrow 1 below
   • Then click Send Mass SMS, as displayed in arrow 2 below
4. In the displayed Send Mass Mobile Messages screen:
   • Choose from available Templates, as displayed in arrow 1 below
   • Compose your SMS (with available Salesforce fields), as displayed in arrow 2 below
   • Click Send Message to List, as displayed in arrow 3 below
