How do I configure reliable push notifications with SMS fallback?

Login to the web interface. In the left hand side menu, go to Settings > Preferences > Message Flow. Choose “IP  send SMS fallback after X minutes if IP messaging has failed.” You can determine after how many minutes you would like any failed IP message to fallback to SMS.
