As a company administrator, you can download several company-wide and employee-specific reports.
If you need a list and details of all employees activated for mobile archiving, or the activation PIN for your employees, use the report below.
The report is generated as a .csv file, and will download in a zipped file.
It will include a list and details of all users and can be easily generated as follows:
- From the Pro Manager interface node listing, click Reports.
- Click Transactions Report in the top actions bar.
- In the “Report Name“ drop-down list, select Mobile App Pin Report, and click on the “Execute report” button.
- This report will run in the background and may take up to a minute to produce.
Refresh the page and click the download icon, marked with the blue arrow 4 in the image above.
A zipped .csv listing will download, and you can open it to view the list of your user data.
