The Enterprise Number Archiver (ENA) facilitates a variety of automated signature settings for message authorship and response.
The different settings can be configured as per company policy and compliance requirements.
Subscribers can set an automatic signature which will appear at the end of every text message they send from within their TeleMessage ENA app.

Some examples of what this handy feature can be used for:
• Ensures that you’ll always have an Opt-out notice at the end of your text
• Notifying recipients that messages in the chat are being captured, recorded and archived.
• Adding your name and a greeting at the end of each message
• Adding a corporate notice or complying with data regulations regardless who is sending the message and how busy they might be!
