Does the Android Archiver Record All Communications on Dual SIM Phones?

Yes.

The Android Archiver registers with one of the two numbers. It captures mobile communication on both SIM numbers and archives them as if they were always sent/received on the registered mobile number.

Communication captured includes: SMS, MMS, call logs, and voice calls (on supported devices).
