To provision company employees for the TeleMessage—Verizon Network Archiver

Provide the data below and forward it to your Verizon account manager and our support team

Below is an explanation of the fields included:

  1. Users data

List of employees for which you would like to activate mobile archiving

Sample entry as follows:

  • First Name – will be used to identify the user
  • Last Name – will be used to identify the user
  • Verizon Mobile Phone – Enter the international number format, activation PIN will be sent to this mobile phone
  • Email – will be passed as metadata to the archive with each archived message
  • Verizon Wireless Account – Enter the Verizon Wireless Account number for this specific mobile phone
  1. Enterprise Information

  • Admin First Name – The personal name of the individual responsible for the mobile subscription in your company
  • Admin Last Name – The family name of the individual responsible for the mobile subscription in your company
  • Admin Primary Email Address The email address of the individual responsible for the mobile subscription in your company
  • Admin Primary Phone Number – The cell phone number of the individual responsible for the mobile subscription in your company
  • Verizon ECPDID – The ECPD Profile ID, a company identifier used by Verizon Wireless, (alphanumeric, up to 10 characters)
  • Enterprise Name – The Customer purchasing the archiving service
  • Enterprise Contact Number – The customer primary phone number
  • Enterprise Contact Email – The customer primary email address
  • Verizon Wireless Archive Account # – Unique identifier for Verizon Wireless account (format:9999999999-99999, up to 16 characters)
  • Archiving Company: Specify here the customer’s archiving platform recipient, for example: Global Relay, Jatheon, Bloomberg, Zix, Intradyn, etc.
  • Archiving Destination: Specify here necessary additional archiving platform information

Important: To ensure subscribed employee messages are routed through the mobile carrier, block iMessage and disable Samsung enhanced messaging for all subscribed employees.

  1. TeleMessage submits a request to Verizon Archiving Platform to onboard Customer’s ECPD profile and accounts associated with it to establish the Message Archive Service on the Customer’s behalf.
  2. Important: All existing MDNs in the Designated Wireless Archive Account(s) get automatically provisioned for message capture. Additional Customer managed MDNs can be provisioned through the Customer’s standard Verizon Wireless Transfer of Service process in which the Customer moves the MDN from an existing non-archive account, into one of those that is designated for message capture as an Archive Account.
  3. It can take up to 24 hours for the Verizon Archiving Platform to complete onboarding of Customer’s information. The Platform then automatically sends an Opt-In text message to these MDNs to notify the users that their phone number has been added to the Platform. The end user replies back with a YES confirmation.

  4. Customer lifts the messaging block for these MDNs.
