- First of all, backup your chats to your iCloud account.
- If your old phone’s UDID was required, you will need to capture the new UDID and send it to TeleMessage Support . See UDID grabbing instructions.
- If your UDID was not required you should contact your system IT administrator about the upgrade process.
- Once TeleMessage provisions the new UDID, your account administrator will receive an email with the new installation link. Install the application and restore your chats from your iCloud backup.
