1. First of all, backup your chats to your iCloud account.
2. If your old phone’s UDID was required, you will need to capture the new UDID and send it to TeleMessage Support . See UDID grabbing instructions.
3. If your UDID was not required you should contact your system IT administrator about the upgrade process.
4. Once TeleMessage provisions the new UDID, your account administrator will receive an email with the new installation link. Install the application and restore your chats from your iCloud backup.
