There are 5 possible user statuses: Active, Pending, Suspended, Locked and Deleted.
- Active: user will be able to use all TeleMessage services that were defined for him.
- Pending: User will not be able to login to the TeleMessage system and perform any actions. This status is initiated by the system when a new user is created and was not yet approved by the user administrator.
- Suspended: User will not be able to login to the TeleMessage system and perform any actions. This status is initiated by the user administrator for various reasons.
- Locked: User will not be able to login to the TeleMessage system and perform any actions. This status is initiated by the system in the following cases: multiple password reset attempts or failed login attempts and billing problems.
- Deleted: User does not exist anymore in TeleMessage systems. User will not be able to login to the TeleMessage system and perform any actions.
