The exact file format changes slightly depending on the archiving product and message delivered
- Android Archiver: Generates audio recording files in MP3 format
- Network Archiver: Audio recordings are delivered in MP3 format
- Enterprise Number Archiver audio recordings are delivered in MP3 format
By default the MP3 audio is formatted in: Mono, 16 bit, 32 kbps.
Customers requiring other formats, sending the files to another processing source or higher quality can contact their account manager for customizing the data formats.
