Add Users

Start messaging

You can get TeleMessage in three easy ways:

Sign Up On Our Website

1.Go to our homepage, www.TeleMessage.com, and click Start a Free Trial.

2. Fill out the form & click submit.

3. Once you submit the form, we’ll send you a text message with your username & password, and a link to download the app for your mobile device.

4. Now that you have your username & password, you can login and start onboarding your organization’s users.

5. Add New Users You can either add users manually one-by-one or import an entire list. Go to Add Users to add users manually.

Go to Users > Import Users to import an entire list.

To import you’ll want to create a CSV document like this:

Through Your Company’s Admin

1. You’ll receive a text message from your administrator that an account has been created for you, with a link to download the app and your username and password to login to our web portal.

2. Press the link and install the app.

You’ll also receive an email from us with your username and all the relevant links to our products & services. If you did not receive a text message or email, please contact our Support Team

4. Fill in your phone number to activate the application.

5. You’ll receive a text message with a PIN code. You can ignore this message because the TeleMessage app automatically populates it for you.

6. You’re now ready to start messaging!

7. You’ll receive a message within the app from TeleMessage with your username and password to login to our web portal.

8. Since you’re part of your organization’s network, you’ll have access to My Company Address Book, with all of your co-worker’s contact information.

Download the TeleMessage App from the Google Play Store /Apple Appstore

1. Search for TeleMessage in the Google Play Store or iOS Appstore on your smartphone.

2. Install the app.

3. You’ll be asked if you want TeleMessage to replace your native messaging app.

4. Fill in your phone number to activate the application.

8. You’ll receive a message within the app from TeleMessage with your username and password to login to our web portal.
