How to Open CSV Reports in Languages Other Than English
If your CSV report headers are encoded in a non-English utf-8 character set, their display may be distorted. The following workaround solution uses Power Query, a tool bundled with Office 2016 (or later). For Excel versions 2010 or 2013, install the add-in from here.
Instructions:
