How to configure employee email to mobile in exchange

* TeleMessage enables Email to mobile functionality.

* Send emails to SMS and Apps from Exchange and Oulook.

For every Employee/recipient define a secondary Email address which will point directly to his mobile number as follows:

In the Microsoft Outlook user definition screen, add a second email address in the format of:
phone#@sms.telemessage.com
that will point to his mobile:   )

Other employees within the organization can now email directly to this employee’s mobile phone.

The defined user appears as follows and can employ the SMTP functionality of the TeleMessage server by sending via this email address:

Note: Contact support@telemessage.com to associate the organization’s email-to-mobile with a TeleMessage account
