To send mobile text messages from within SalesForce, navigate as follows
1. From the Tab Listing screen > click Leads, Contacts or Cases: |
2. From within the selected element, click Send Mobile Message |
Notes:
● Enter phone numbers in international format:
● <country_code><area_code><local number>
● <i.e. +1 (231) 6623-5653
● Separate multiple recicipients with a “;” or “,”
● Configure a signature tag, as explained here.
● You must configure your Salesforce with your TeleMessage account to enable texting from Salesforce)
