  • For the Enterprise Number Archiver, a test message is sent to your primary account when it is set up.  After you install and activate the application on your device, that test message can be received.
  • For the Network Archiver you don’t need to install anything.
  • For the Android Archiver, you need to install the application first, then try sending a message. After 1 hour, you should be able to see messages in your archive.  If messages don’t appear, please contact your administrator.
