Exporting your TeleMessage Mobile Archiving settings from Micro Focus Retain

This tutorial will explain how to extract the archiving mailbox settings for the TeleMessage mobile archiving module.

1. Login to manager page with admin credentials
   
2. Select Server Configuration
    .
   
3. On Server Configuration page , Click REST API tab
   
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and look for REST Collectors section. Enter your Company’s name in the Collector Name field.
    .
5. Click Add collector. XML will be created.
   
6. After the new rest collector xml is created, click Export
   
7. Restcollector.xml is downloaded to your download folder
   
8. Send the xml to TeleMessage support for activation.
