Specific device and Operating System issues
– HTC ONE:Incoming SMS is not archived when using the native Messaging App
General issues: When you are sending or receiving messages with the following content, the attachment may not be archived by the Android Archiver:
– SMS messages which include an attached contact
– SMS messages which include an attached calendar entry
– MMS messages which include a video file.
Note that the rest of the text that might appear in the above mentioned messages may still be captured and uploaded to your company’s archive server.
