MTU-Intel and TeleMessage Announce Partnership
25 February, 2004 - MTU-Intel has announced that it will offer TeleMessages E-mail and Multi-Messaging applications to its customers. These Internet-based services enable customers to get their filtered important email on their mobile phone and send voice and text messages and greetings to phones.

Tochka.ru now offers two convenient services: TeleMessage Multi-Messaging, which will enable users to send a greeting, voice, text or image messages to all types of devices, including; phone, e-mail, fax, SMS, and Instant Messaging. In addition to sending messages, the user will be able to receive responses back. The second service, TeleMessage E-mail to SMS, enables customers to receive their email messages on any phone as text or voice messages.

With TeleMessage Multi-Messaging, users can create a voice or email message and have it sent to a mass distribution list. A single message can be sent to virtually any communications device, including an SMS, phone, fax, email account or instant messenger.

TeleMessage Multi-Messaging is ideal for small businesses, event organizers, notification groups, school staff members, civic leaders - anyone who must reach a large group of people on any of their communications devices, eliminating the need to set up a phone tree or send multiple messages by SMS, phone, fax, and email.

With TeleMessage Email to SMS, customers can have email messages from multiple email accounts forwarded to any phone. When an email message is forwarded to a mobile phone, customers can read the first 160 characters as an SMS text, and then press a single button to have it read to them in its entirety using a text-to-speech engine. At the end of the message, the user has the option to reply to the sender or forward it to someone else. When replying or forwarding, the user records a voice message that is automatically converted to a sound file and is sent to the recipient as an email attachment. Users also can filter incoming emails so that only messages from select individuals are forwarded to their phone.

Customers will benefit from Email to SMS because they have access to emails even when they don't have Internet access. Their phone will be notified immediately when an incoming email arrives, so they won't waste time periodically logging on to the Internet to check for new email.

"TeleMessage's messaging services complements Tochka.ru's portfolio of integrated products and services," said Sergey Saidovich Alimbekov, Deputy General Director, MTU-Intel. "These are valuable services that will enhance our service offerings by providing the customer with a more time-saving and efficient communication between business colleagues, family and friends. And create synergy between our different business units and portals."
