FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Cable & Wireless adds Text-A-Tune feature from TeleMessage
November 2005 - TeleMessage, a leading developer of messaging solutions, is pleased to announce that Cable & Wireless Jamaica has added TeleMessages Text-A-Tune music feature to its bMobile TexTalk application . Cable & Wireless Jamaica launched TexTalk derived from TeleMessages SMS to Landline application in January 2005 which allows a customer to send a text message to any landline phone by simply typing the message and sending it to any Jamaican 10 digit landline number.

Text-A-Tune allows bMobile customers to insert music clips from an expanding selection into a TexTalk message
text messages sent from bMobile handsets to landline destinations. The song is included simply by typing the title at whatever point in the message you choose. The song will play in the spot where you place the title.

For example, send 'Hi I hope you like this !twinkle! Good Night' to a landline destination. When the message is delivered 'Twinkle Twinkle Little Star' will play for 20 seconds between 'Hi I hope you like this' and 'Good Night'.

Mark Carlin, Vice President of Sales for the Americas at TeleMessage: I am glad that Cable & Wireless continues to refresh TexTalk. The music feature has been a very popular add-on to the application, and allows Cable & Wireless to integrate the SMS to Landline application into a variety of music marketing campaigns.
