Credit Card Alerts FAQ's


Credit Card Alerts!
 
Credit Card alerts are available to Alltel, AT&T, Boost Mobile, Cellular One, Sprint (incorporating Nextel), US Cellular & Verizon Wireless subscribers. If you try to get Credit Card alerts, but are not a subscriber to one of those carriers, you will not be sent a confirmation.
 
How do I get it?
 
  • You can subscribe or unsubscribe online in your credit card on line user account at
  • www.orchardbank.com
    www.gmcard.com
    www.gmflexcard.com
    www.householdbank.com
    www.hsbc.com
    www.unionpluscard.com
    www.rewardzone.partnercardservices.com
     
  • After you have logged in to your Account, click on "Change Alert Preferences" from the Personal Profile tab to turn any of your Mobile Alerts settings on or off.
  •  
  • With your first alert you will receive a text message from 29250 telling you that you have subscribed to Credit Card text alerts.
  • You may receive up to 8 alerts per month
  •  
  • To unsubscribe turn your Mobile Alerts settings to off in your user account or simply reply with the word STOP to any message that you receive to 29250.
